How to get your Google Business review link in under 2 minutes
Every review request needs somewhere to send people. For most small businesses, that destination is Google. Here’s the actual process, direct from Google, no third-party tool or generator required.
- Sign in to the Google account that manages your Business Profile.
- Search your business name on Google, or go directly to business.google.com.
- Select your Business Profile, then go to Reviews.
- Select “Get more reviews.”
- Select Copy to copy your review link.
That link is what you paste into an email, a WhatsApp message, or set as your primary destination for 4-5 star ratings inside ReviewBusiness. One caveat worth knowing: Google currently only generates the accompanying QR code from a desktop browser, not the mobile app, so if you want a printed code for your counter, do this step on a computer.
A common mistake is stopping here and manually pasting the same link to every customer one at a time. That works, but it’s slow, and it gives you no way to route a bad experience away from the public review before it’s posted. That’s the actual gap ReviewBusiness closes: the link above becomes your business’s public destination for good ratings, while anything 1-3 stars gets intercepted and routed to you privately first.
