Pricing and billing
ReviewBusiness prices its Nigeria and international plans separately, reflecting regional purchasing power rather than a currency conversion. Naira pricing is available to businesses billed through Nigeria-based payment methods; this is not a currency error and pricing is not adjustable by region on request.
No contract lock-in
Plans are billed monthly or yearly at your choice. There is no minimum term and no early cancellation fee.
Acceptable use
You’re responsible for having a legitimate basis to contact the customers you upload. ReviewBusiness’s broadcast link and click-to-chat features are not to be used for unsolicited bulk messaging outside your own customer relationships.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Free third-party channels used by ReviewBusiness, including WhatsApp click-to-chat, are subject to those platforms’ own availability and terms.
