Refund Policy

Effective date: [set at launch] · ReviewBusiness is operated by Jawtech Solutions.

Draft for review, not yet reviewed by a lawyer. Same requirement as the privacy and terms pages, needed for payment processor verification, get real legal review before launch.

The free trial, first

Every plan includes a 3-day free trial. A card is required to start it, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then from your dashboard to avoid being billed at all.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you’re charged after your trial ends and decide ReviewBusiness isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that first charge, no questions asked. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days.

This guarantee applies once, to your first charge on an account. It does not reset with every renewal.

After the 14-day window

Beyond the 14-day guarantee, charges are generally non-refundable. Your subscription stays active through the end of whatever period you already paid for, cancel any time to stop future renewals, and you keep full access until that paid period actually ends.

Yearly plans, cancelled early

A yearly plan is priced at a discount in exchange for the year-long commitment. If you cancel partway through a yearly term, that discount doesn’t apply retroactively. At our discretion, we may issue a partial refund or account credit reflecting the standard monthly rate for time already used, rather than the discounted yearly rate. Contact us if you’d like this considered.

If something on our side genuinely fails

If a core part of ReviewBusiness is broken for an extended period and we’re unable to fix it within a reasonable time after you report it, contact us, we’ll look at a refund for the affected period. This doesn’t cover outages from third-party services outside our control (WhatsApp, your email provider, and similar), or issues caused by how your own account is configured.

How billing actually works

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, meaning Paddle is the seller of record for your subscription and handles the transaction and any associated tax directly. Paddle’s own policies apply to the payment itself, alongside this page.

How to request a refund or cancel

Cancel any time from your dashboard’s billing page, no need to contact us first. For a refund request within the 14-day window, or any billing question at all, contact us directly and we’ll handle it from there.
